Drive Medical Hassle-Free Return Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers excellent and hassle free service. 

How to Submit a Return

Prior to returning your item, please contact My Mobility Care to obtain a returns authorization number (RMA #) . Drive Medical will not accept any unauthorized returns without a previously issued RMA.

If you are choosing to return an item for reasons other than the product is damaged, or not as ordered, new and unused products (excluding power products) can be returned within 30 days from invoice date with a 15% restocking fee. New and unused power products can be returned within 30 days as well, however a 25% restocking fee applies. Customer pays for freight to return the product.  Product should be in the condition it was received, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging, except for hygienic products. The original packaging for hygienic products must not have been opened.

Once you have obtained the RMA #, please print it clearly on the shipping label (not on the packaging), and return to:

Product Damaged in Shipping

If your item is received damaged, please contact us right away.  To help expedite the replacement process, please send a picture of the damage and we will send you a replacement part or replace the item entirely depending on the damaged obtained.
